THE ALABAMA STATE VETERANS MEMORIAL CEMETERY AT SPANISH FORT FOUNDATION, INC. is funded by voluntary private donations. Anyone who wishes to contribute, or to inquire further about the charitable work of the Foundation, may contact the Foundation by mail at P.O.Box 103 Montrose Al. 36559. Checks may be made payable to the order of: The Arlington South Foundation.
As the Foundation has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to be exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, contributions to the Foundation are deductible under §170 of the Code. Alabama residents may have part or all of their state income tax refunds paid directly to the Foundation.
